Over the last 30 years I have been involved in the whole Instructional Systems Design process. I am very passionate about training and the entire Human Performance Improvement field. Throughout my career I have been given the opportunity to learn all the nuances of the training industry, both federal and private. I have worked projects ranging from Emergency Room Triage to Shareholder Value Added programs to Nuclear Surety training. My breadth of experience spans through all the positions within many different instructional design models and I have taken every position to new heights. I have always pushed the envelope for improvement and look for new avenues to improve processes. Working in team environments for over 30 years has taught me a lot, but nothing more valuable than the importance of diversity, teamwork, and knowing when to lead or follow. I have always been able to capitalize on the benefits of a diverse team through positive situational leadership, both as a follower and a leader.
