Manage the division staff engaged in executing and enforcing Command, Control, Communications, Computers and Information Management (C4IM) services, Joint Base Common Operating Levels Services (JB COLS), policies, standards, architectures, programs, plans, and budget for Information Technology (IT) support of supported commands throughout the SANEC's Area of Responsibility (AOR). Specifically:Managing a variety of network administration and operating system functions including:- Functional IT expertise in the delivery of Enterprise Services Division (ESD) functional C4IM and JB COLS services.- Life-cycle management of highly complex technical standards and sets of equipment (e.g., desktop workstations, Local Area Networks, Wide Area Networks, servers, etc).- Provision of essential support operations to numerous, varied, and complex technical, professional, and administrative functions.- Delivery of required IM/IT services including Computing, Hosting/Hoteling, Customer Support, and Messaging.- Develop funding guidance and the annual Program Objective Memorandum (POM) for supporting organization program objectives.- Develop and advocate performance improvements in cost structure, quality management, etc. for C4IM delivery systems.- Provide supervision through assigned subordinate supervisors in the daily operations for delivery of C4IM and JB COLS services.

One undergraduate and one graduate level degree program focusing on programming with R and Python, Tableau, data wrangling and SQL/SAS certifications. Both programs were launched on budget and on schedule. • Developed department strategies and reporting applications using IBM Cognos and Salesforce, Python and SQL to improve program, course and student outcomes by greater than 30% concerning course completion and pass rates for 5,000+ students• Improved Key Performance Indicators (KPI’s) across all measurable markers and metrics in the College of IT and the Data Analytics programs to meet or exceed college goals and objectives.
