I'm a person who has spent over 33 years in the financial banking industry and with a wealth of experience from branch junior to delivering complex technology projects for customer benefit, I can offer any organisation my vast knowledge and unique work experience to assist delivering improvements whilst being able to share my experience with co-workers to assist with the project team delivering WIN-WIN outcomes for both customers and the organisation.As a vastly experienced project delivery & implementation manager currently seeking new opportunities in Banking and Finance, Release Management, and Project Implementation/Management utilising either Waterfall or AGILE/SCRUM. With over 30 years experience in retail banking, I have a vast source of knowledge to draw upon and make delivering technology uplifts both simple and complex more digestible to ensure minimal customer impact. I have an extensive understanding of delivering successful project outcomes as well as when things go wrong, how to manage and remediate outcomes to ensure a positive is delivered and key learnings managed.
