Sand Blast & Paint projects through the Gulf of Mexico • Quality Control including supervision & coordination, inspection, prepare quality control procedure and responsible for Coating and Painting quality control activities to confirm that they comply with specified procedure or Client requirement. Has served as QC Inspector, Coating and Painting Inspector for Oil and Gas Project, ( Offshore Project). Also Responsible for all painting activities & Inspection doing by the paint contractor, supervise at all stage the proper application of contract specification and the approved procedures related to the applied coating system.Carry out daily painting inspection and surveillance check including required paint test and acceptance for various Structures such as Skid, Module Process, Bracings, Jacket and Deck, etc.Controlling and evaluating all the Quality Control activities during all the painting activities. Over seeing that all safety meetings and JSA ‘S, rescue plans and safety are being performed and followed. Review Contractor's method statements, QC procedures, ITP and Quality Plan and assist with establishing acceptable working practices for construction activities.Monitor delivery of permanent materials and ensure the quality of products / consumables / materials comply with requirements of established Standards & Specifications. Ensure all the personnel employed operating activities is duly skilled and qualified in accordance with the applicable specifications, codes and regulations. Experience on how to apply and check for DFT or WFT to different types of paints (zincs, epoxies, polyurethanes etc…) and to different types of structures and (SP 1,2,3,5,6,7,10) surfaces more professional and safety with conventional or airless spray equipment etc
