Conceptualized, designed and built prototype of patented material management invention.

Spearheaded the design and construction of a horse barn comprising four 12x12 stalls along with a wash rack, tack room, bathroom, and efficiency apartment. Developed and administered the project budget. Procured materials. Scope included clearing six acres for pasture as well as installing an electric fence and septic flooring system.

Engineered all plant upgrades and additions, including procuring necessary materials and guiding in-house staff and outside contractors to meet project goals and objectives.Boosted productivity 175% by implementing infrastructure to support a $15M fiber production line, from railcar raw material to baler finished product.Engineered and directed the construction of additional office space, including six offices on two stories.Restored the VMAC fiber line to production by designing, planning, and executing the rebuild of all polymer lines, hot oil systems, and spinning head assemblies.Created an automated scrap material recycling line by synchronizing standalone legacy machines.Designed and managed the installation of two 120-ton chiller units, including all circulating and delivery pumps to each of four production lines.Engineered a complete system to procure and implement two screw compressors with driers and receivers to supply compressed air to the entire plant, including all piping and air handling.Architected a comprehensive system to procure and implement two 8M BTU hot oil boilers with pumps and elevated aeration tanks in support of four production fiber lines within limited space.Collaborated with power companies in engineering and installing additional 4K amp service wiring from exterior transformer, including procuring the main distribution panels.

Led and maintained operations on five cotton spinning lines. Designed troubleshooting tools (electrical indicators) and procedures for interpreting them.Reduced downtime on servicing equipment.
