Specific responsible was to develop strategic growth initiatives to replace revenue that was expected to be lost due to deregulation of the wholesale electric market.

International Teaming Associates (ITA) was a consulting practice which specialized in economic development programs, business planning, and funding solutions for technology companies. Responsibilities included lead generation, market studies, competitor analyses, risk assessment, development of business plans and financial models, and formulation of diversification strategies. Also responsible for qualification and project packaging of companies for presentation to venture capital firms.

Held a variety of engineering management and contract management positions working on nuclear power generating stations. Managed large groups of employees (~50) and contractor employees (~500). Wrote, bid, negotiated and administered contracts for engineering, construction, start-up testing and maintenance activities at Browns Ferry Nuclear Plant. Largest contract was $365M. Participated as a key team member in the successful start-up and restart of five nuclear power plants.
