Responsible for managing the allocated resources both staff and equipment, Freighter turnaround, storage and dispatch of both inbound and outbound, Cargo, Mail, Courier, e-commerce and ULD. Proven leadership skills and direct supervision for team of staff ensuring accurate processing in line with service delivery targets and schedules and within the boundaries of safety and regulatory requirements. Planning and executing workloads for specific activities by closely monitoring the flight schedules. Briefing team members on special handling instructions , delegating tasks and supervising activities to ensure the safe turnaround and effective dispatch of inbound outbound cargo. Ensuring the smooth running and serviceability of equipment and the relevant support systems taking necessary steps in case of failure or breakdown. Ensuring that all team members strictly comply with safety requirement, all relevant company Standard Operating Procedures, Work Instructions, and Airport Authority regulations. Qualified equipment operator for every special and complex airport equipment.
