I do a series of troubleshooting steps to diagnose and fix problems the customers are having.

As a customer advocate I took incoming calls and reviewed accounts and bills making recommendations on plan changes and equipment purchases. Reviewed billing and explained charges. Performed tier 1 technical support for problems with equipment and service.

Technical support for cable tv and internet service. Reviewed accounts to make recommendations about services the customer may be interested in. reviewed bills and explained charges. Sales of new services.

I performed as a media relations intern at Gotee Records where I put together press packages about artists who were with the label and was a point of contact for the press to get additional information for reviews of the artists. Helped answer calls concerning public relations tours etc.
