Managed inventory planning for seven PACCAR aftermarket parts warehouses in North America. Expanded the retail dealer inventory planning system from 25 to 574 locations worldwide. Warehouse and dealer planning initiatives achieved without increasing department headcount.

Responsible for creating and managing programs to maximize sales and margins for aftermarket powertrain products. Performed in a leadership role for assigned Strategic Business Units. Developed distribution, pricing, stocking and promotional strategy. Negotiated with suppliers for improved service levels.

Managed the Pricing Department for PACCAR Parts North America. Participated in the development of new pricing methods. Maintained oversight of part cost /price maintenance and pricing publication functions.

Promote truck dealer expansion efforts with market potential and sales studies. Managed the PACCAR Parts new store expansion program and developed sales management training for retail parts and service managers. Directed early definition and piloting of retail supply chain integration projects.

Six factory to dealer sales and service assignments in five different locations. Range of responsibilities included field service, customer mediation, dealer network planning, dealer advertising associations, vehicle distribution and dealer development for Chevrolet Division dealers.
