- Supported several Design-Build (DB) & Design-Bid-Build (DBB) projects, as part of the $19 billion dollar John F. Kennedy (JFK) International Airport Redevelopment Program. - Developed environmental design and construction documents, including stormwater pollution prevention plans (SWPPP), for various airside and landside DB & DBB projects. - Managed day-to-day aspects of projects and coordinated with internal, client and third-party stakeholders to maintain schedule and project budgets. - Technical review of environmental submittals (soil/groundwater sampling and remediation plans, waste disposal packages, etc.) and evaluated environmental technical data packages for compliance with client and regulatory requirements. - Data evaluation, project coordination and technical writing support to internal project teams in FL, NY, NJ and PA. - Developed cost estimates and technical proposals for commercial and environmental remediation projects for private and public sector clients in the tri-state area and Florida.

Responsible for implementation of remedial investigation and remedial action initiatives, as well as the management of on-going remedial investigation and remedial action initiatives under the direction of the state regulatory agency (NJDEP), at an active 1,300-acre industrial facility. As part of my engineering responsibilities, I: - Designed remedial investigation work plans (RIWPs) and remedial action work plans (RAWPs) in accordance with the NJDEP (N.J.A.C. 7:26E) Technical Requirements for Site Remediation. - Performed engineering oversight and managed implementation of RI field activities including: - advancement of soil borings, installation of GW monitoring wells, and collection of GW and soil samples to delineate impacts related to historical operations, - surface water sampling and modeling of adjacent streams and tributaries, - LNAPL fingerprinting, characterization and implementation of recoverability/transmissivity tests, - personal and areal air monitoring of VOCs and coordination of haz and non-haz impacted soil characterization and off-site disposal. - Oversaw various subcontractors complete field activities. - Performed O&M on an LNAPL recovery system and groundwater extraction and treatment systems in accordance with existing O&M Manuals. - Reviewed laboratory analytical data reports for groundwater, soil, and surface water samples and recommended additional and alternative RIWP design criteria to meet the technical remedial requirements. - Authored final remedial design investigation (FDI) work plans to further delineate groundwater and soil impacts from historical operations to meet a mandatory state remedial investigation deadline of May 2019, daily and weekly engineering summary reports, and remedial investigation and remedial action regulatory summary reports to the NJDEP.

Responsible for project budget management and cost forecasting, technical direction, subcontractor coordination, and client and regulatory deliverables. Facilitated the progression of remedial investigations (RIs) at approximately 15 retail sites to meet the New Jersey Department of Environmental Protection’s (NJDEP’s) May 2014 RI deadline, including conducting subsurface investigations and compiling the Remedial Investigation Reports (RIRs). - Hydraulic Groundwater Monitoring at Industrial Manufacturing and Distribution Facility (Carteret, NJ) – Provided oversight, installation, and frequent monitoring of pressure transducer units, deployed in multiple wells around site for an extended monitoring period. Responsible for conducting monthly maintenance and data download events, data evaluation, and client deliverables. Received positive client feedback regarding communications, data reporting, and overall project management. - Evaluate site data and collaboratively work with team members to develop remedial solutions and remediation technologies, which best address the site-specific contamination. - Responsible for preparing site assessment and investigation reports, environmental monitoring reports, remedial progress reports and remedial action plans for clients and regulatory agencies. - Field experience includes groundwater/surface water/sediment sampling; bio-chemical injections; in-situ chemical oxidation (ISCO) injections; remedial system shed decommissioning; subcontractor oversight; oversight of subsurface investigations utilizing drill rigs varying in size; and private utility mark-outs.

Interviewed, hired, trained and supervised student conference assistants whose responsibilities ranged from housekeeping duties to day-to-day operations for residence halls that encompassed 1278 rooms and conferences with attendees numbering 700+. Acted as the liaison between outside conference leadership and school administration. Coordinated all necessary aspects of security, housekeeping and food services with the heads of each department.

Sourced, compiled and summarized 12 years of data on building improvements for the FRBNY website. Building improvements included restructuring of existing floor space to accommodate more staff and more efficient layouts, necessary updates to the Bank's UPS system and infrastructure backbone and structural improvements around the exterior of the building.Assisted with the development, planning and execution of the first annual FRBNY Green Fair, highlighting ongoing sustainable initiatives at the Bank. These sustainable initiatives include improving interior bathroom and lighting fixtures that reduce energy consumption, landscape and stormwater management; , installation of eco-friendly fixtures during recent restructuring projects and by bringing in companies that the Bank does business with, to present their practices and products that are helping to improve the environment.
