Don Simon moved to Pinellas County Florida from California when he was 6 years old. He has made this area his home ever since. He attended Seminole High School, University of South Florida and Stetson University College of Law. He has devoted his entire 30 years of practice to clients needing help in the area of Criminal Law and Personal Injury while serving this area as both a Prosecutor and a Defense attorney. During this time he has handled thousands of cases ranging from the most simple to complex. He, his wife, also a former prosecutor, and 3 daughters currently live in Pinellas.
