Anheuser-Busch is building a future with more cheers. My role in driving this mission statement was overseeing the Sam's Club advisory position for their total beer category. As an advisor, I was required to provide merchants an objective overview of the retailer's category, and present strategic recommendations that would grow the total beer market as well as retailer's share of market.The position's main responsibilities were to provide the best strategic, actionable opportunities backed by data driven research. Working closely with the Sam's Club merchants, we optimized assortment to help drive %27 YOY revenue growth in 2021 and 8% YOY revenue growth YTD in 2022 (EOM July) for the category. During that same time, total beer market (excluding convenience stores and on-premise sales) saw declines in both years.

As a Business Analyst for Atlas, I built a strong understanding of retailer data platforms and helped trouble shoot major/minor issues within the Atlas product. I performed in-depth analysis on sales and supply chain data from Walmart's Retail Link, Sam's Club's Madrid and Meijer's Vendornet. Additionally, I worked with clients to build supply chain and sales analysis reports that would provide them better insights into how their products perform.
