Designed, and deployed project over three years. Key focus on leading change, cross group collaboration, communications, delaing with ambiguity and customer focus.

Managed Global Escalation Services - code level troubleshooting for Americas and coordianted global operation. Worked with Sustained Engineering to deliver fixes for customers in most critical situtations. Prepared Platforms organization for Vista and Windows Server 2008 launch.

Bult Latin America support engineering operation from small US based team to regional based team including escalation services. Manged engineers in Argentina, Brazil, Mexico and US. Led increased support in language and significant increase in customer satisfaction throughout region while reducing overall unit cost by regionalizing support delivery. Partnered closely with field to ensure they were provided with appropriate support.

Led managed support operations with team of Account Managers that I built in the field to have closer relationship with customers. Owned accountability for revenue, account penetration and customer satisfaction.
