I am a values-driven, customer-centric Customer Success Manager at JBT; I am a student pursuing my Bachelor of Science in Information Technology; I am a devoted father and husband; and I am very involved in my church’s multimedia and security teams. I take pride in being a jack of all trades, able to adapt to new situations and new software.As a Systems Analyst for MARS, I adeptly picked up skills on-the-job in order to complete projects. My main function was to support our proprietary software and aid our customers. Not only did I analyze technical data to accurately report their systems’ efficiency, but I also assisted developers in product testing software and troubleshooting customer hardware issues. This is when I started to realize my passion in working directly with clients. In addition to flexibility, I found the key to success across all projects is communication. Every day in my current role as a Parts & Systems Specialist at Prime Equipment Group, I collaborate with staff, engineers, manufacturers, and shipping vendors to achieve organizational goals and ensure the highest level of satisfaction from our customers and partners. My goal in every position has been to properly represent my employer and make sure the customer walks away feeling pleased. I strive to deliver impactful results while building meaningful relationships. For example, when I was a project manager at MARS, I oversaw our largest project to date ($1M+ contract with an accomplished poultry company), including third-party equipment I had never dealt with. I partnered with our sales team, developers, technicians, subcontractors, and the clients to review blueprints, coordinate shipments, manage performance challenges, and reach objectives, including new equipment and system sales.I look forward to continuing to fulfill my passion for representing an ethical company and creating mutually beneficial relationships between my organization and our customers.
