A fully owned subsidiary of a publicly traded company, led the M&A function, acquired three technology services companies. Funding, secured $10M from Credit Suisse First Boston. Business development, signed contracts with McDonalds, Dunkin Donuts, Baskin-Robbins, Popeyes, Church’s Chicken, Quiznos, Cosi’s and Fuddruckers. Contract negotiations, directed the senior level vendor relationships securing multi-year software licensing and maintenance agreements. Oversaw the development of a global infrastructure plan to integrate prior acquisitions and overseas offices to enable international service capabilities and building two data centers. .

Responsible for all system, technology and communications decisions for a $900M business unit serving over 160 locations with 30,000 employees. Appointed to Executive Management Core in 1999. Strategy development, directed the deployment of open systems while re-engineering the business toward maximizing revenue and cost containment. Accelerating results, a post audit analysis yielded incremental revenues of $14.2M and a profit impact of $9.7M by upgrading the base business to event based integrated systems and enterprise management reporting. Executive management, provided strategic oversight and guidance for the corporation’s 16 business units. Strategic planning, developed a new technology vision including the implementation of Oracle financials, deploying over 4,000 PC’s, LAN/WAN design and implementation, line of business operation systems, vendor negotiations and management with a total budget of $100M. Mergers & acquisitions, directed the systems integration that added $200M in revenues and 30 customer locations.
