Charged with the vaccination of over 6000 active duty Marines and Sailors in 11 different vaccines required for operations in the Southern Pacific Region. Oversaw a budget a 1.2 million dollars a year in the procurement of essential vaccines. Directed dynamic teams consisting of upwards of 20+ medical technicians. Implemented Emergency Use Covid-19 Vaccination Sites. Utilized emergency funding and manning to stand up mass vaccine sites capable of the inoculation of 250+ patients a day. Developed new processes for mass vaccination sites that were recognized by Department of Health (DHA) officials. Assigned to temporary duty at Camp Lejeune, N.C. to assist in the improvements of mass vaccination programs for the Second Marine Division. Oversaw a team of four technicians in the daily testing of the active duty population. During the Omicron Surge, this clinic saw a testing capacity of over 120 patients a day. Coordinated testing of high ranking officials to facilitate VIP travel throughout the Pacific Region.Assisted and advised Senior Medical Officers with the implementation of a force wide mandate on Covid-19 Vaccines.
