• Provide control engineering and plant support to ensure maximum system availability. • Develop, analyze and maintain manufacturing enterprise systems (MES) including data collection, PLC programming and communications, plant network development, human machine interfaces (HMI), robotics, material handling, and manufacturing process equipment controls systems.• Develop, modify, tests, and deploys systems and equipment changes for continuous improvements. • Partners with corporate controls and corporate engineering teams to support FSAT systems, equipment, and process upgrades as required.• Member of the core leadership team of First Solar Advanced Technologies (FSAT) development factory startup.

Staff IT Engineering Specialist who is responsible for developing, implementing, enhancing and maintaining mission critical Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES) and Supervisory Controls and Data Acquisition (SCADA) systems; Enterprise system development using technologies including .NET, C#, SQL, Web, mobile computing technologies, and Rockwell Automation PLC and Wonderware SCADA Software.

• Provide Engineering and Maintenance support for daily troubleshooting, program changes, and quality data collection system.• Responsible for developing, implementing, enhancing and maintaining mission critical Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES) and Supervisory Controls and Data Acquisition (SCADA) systems; Enterprise system development using technologies including .NET, C#, SQL, Web, mobile computing technologies, and Rockwell Automation PLC, Toyopuc and Wonderware SCADA Software. • Develop and manage AVI (Automatic Vehicle Identification) systems that send build specification data based on vehicle type and retrieves actual data for that particular vehicle.• New model/special projects, responsible for coordinating Engineering, Maintenance, and Contractor implementation of new conveyors, equipment, and production processes for product launch. Personally reviewed electrical hardware, electrical schematic, controller program, communication devices for overall safety and creation of alarms needed for Wonderware application prior to final approval of installation .
