With a decisive departure from my Project Manager position at Triad Development in 2008, I embarked on a journey that has shaped me into the entrepreneur I am today. With extensive on-site experience and a commitment to mastering both the construction and business aspects of the industry, I ventured into real estate development and property management.Over the span of two decades, my entrepreneurial spirit propelled me to establish a company specializing in custom home construction, now recognized as Divine Homes. Starting from the acquisition of lots and the construction of a few new homes annually, I have progressed to developing complete communities, steadily increasing our production each year, now building 15-20 homes per year.Expanding my expertise in construction and real estate, I diversified my portfolio to include multi-family construction projects, each crafted to exemplify excellence in design and functionality.In 2005, I made my initial real estate investment by purchasing a rental property, subsequently expanding into constructing my first multi-family apartment building on the same property. I later seized the opportunity to acquire my first piece of land, gradually adding buildings annually. Today, this property, Quail Run, boasts 400 units and serves as the operational base for my management and maintenance teams.Currently, I am developing a project in downtown Troy,MO., slated to open in 2024. Additionally, I am planning the groundbreaking of my new flagship project in Warrenton,MO., marking my second large-scale complex upon its completion.Reflecting on this journey, I remain true in my dedication to excellence and my pursuit of expansion.
