* Managing and Supervising Technical Implementation Consultants for SAP Business One projects* Project Monitoring

Responsibilities* Conducting software installation, configuration, and training according to a work plan and schedule* Effectively communicating and building consensus with clients* Documenting current-state business processes and designing future-state processes* Customizing forms and developing reports using Crystal Reports* Designing and conducting data migration from legacy systems into SAP Business One* Defining and documenting requirements for software customizations and custom reports* Developing software customizations using SAP’s software development kit and supported development platform* Providing ongoing customer maintenance and support* Training, coaching, and mentoring clients on the effective use of software* Assisting with development and maintenance of software implementation tools and methodology* Developing and maintaining expert knowledge of SAP Business One* Providing regular project status reports to management

• System administrator of SAP Business One• Responsible for managing system database server using SQL Server 2005• Responsible for installing, maintaining and supporting computer communication networks within the organization.• Ensure high level of service through proactive communication.
