Responsibilities:• eCommerce Platform Product Management, business lead - Manage primary product direction and planning for Print eCommerce solution (DSF) - Develop business objective and product strategy for DSF - Aggregate market research into product requirements for development team - Onsite business analyst for largest customer helping to develop custom feature requirements with our clients internal team - Platform supports: digital print (custom and on-demand), digital products (files, cross-media), fulfillment (non-digital, non-print) - Marketing/go-to-market activities, including: positioning, value statements, develop content for marketing Podcasts and blogs• Software/Application Management - Product Management and Development • Coordinate with offshore team to development, test/QA product • Provide guidance to software engineering team during product development - Subject matter expert in the following areas: • eCommerce platform development and expansion • 3rd-party service providers, including: • Credit Card gateway merchant (worldwide) • Taxation services (US and VAT) • Shipping providers • External procurement system integrations through cXML • Cross media marketing application • Direct Mail capabilities • Variable data and database-driven document creation - Lead and manage the product direction for production management and related technologies • Collect customer input through field visits, trade shows, focus groups • Conduct worldwide internal training to sales, support, and professional services • Lead tradeshow and conference sessions for existing customers and prospects

Manager of user documentation group with UX (user experience group), primarily creating and supporting development of end-user literature.Responsibilities:• Manage product documentation group consisting of technical writers, illustrators, and production • Responsible for planning, tracking, and execution of end-user product literature for consumer electronics and professional audio equipment• Interface with product engineering group, marketing/product management, and interface design• Work with senior management team to develop high-level goals for UX/user experience group• Coordinate documentation availability and production logistics with purchasing, packaging, and manufacturing• Manage localization of content into 17+ languages• Track costs and manage cost-reduction efforts
