UMTS TECHNOLOGY • Confirmed KPI contractual agreements were met for National network performance monitoring for Cingular Wireless / AT&T Wireless as UMTS technology rolled out.• Worked very closely with AT&T Wireless West Region markets to identify issues and work through closure.• Provided weekly performance readouts to customer regarding all main dashboard KPI’s.• Liaised with development to identify, summarize and provide high runners for all issues showing as degraded.• Maintained and provided RAN licensing support for all AT&T Wireless’s LAB and Commercial SAMs. On loan for 8 months to RF Optimization Group to deploy and optimize Las Vegas Network (2006)• On-site UMTS RF optimization team for integration and deployment rollout of new UMTS service for Cingular Wireless / AT&T Wireless in Las Vegas, NV. • Provided both internal and customer external executive level status updates multiple times per week• Managed coordination of drive teams and routes.• Processed drive data and analyzed for optimization and recommended antenna down tilts.• Worked closely with development teams to troubleshoot issues found with algorithms from analysis.
