Team Lead, Sales Support
Current- Responsible for managing the day-to-day activity of the SSR’s, first point of contact of escalations in their region, lead trainer for new hires in region, and supports the Regional Sales Operations manager for any tasks delegated, including forecasting, employee review, education, and development- Works closely with the Sales and Renewals teams to identify, recommend, develop, implement, and support the sales and quoting process- Works closely with internal stakeholders to scope the requirements, develop, design, and implement solutions for Sales & SalesOps, Channels, Finance, OrderOps, and the Customer Success team- Responsible for Architecture and implementing Product Configuration- Manages vendor and distributor relationships- Contributing to future enhancements to quoting system, Credit Card payment policy, Quote creation to the Order fulfillment process, employee training and education, including process documentation and enablement
