Support a major global retailer with bringing products to market. Manage compliance activities to assure compliance with US and international hazardous substances related regulations. Working with multiple departmental stakeholders to ensure product related regulatory compliance.Development and implementation of company policy and procedures related to product regulatory compliance goals.Oversee adherence to product-related HSPM Company Standard Operating Procedures.Review and assess product design change controls to assure substances related regulatory compliance.Manage supplier related communications to facilitate collection of supplier declarations for the creation and of technical files to support product level declarations of conformity for RoHS and Low Voltage Directives.Participate in industry and regulatory groups as needed in support of corporate objectives.Prepare and submit reports to senior management, as required.

Assure product-related reporting compliance with US and international hazardous substances related regulations. Developing and implementing product-related regulatory strategy and vision, ensuring such strategy is aligned with product marketing strategies.Working with multiple departmental stakeholders to ensure finalized product-related regulatory compliance.Assist in development and implementation of departmental policy and procedures related to product and product manufacturing hazardous substance free compliance objectives.Assist in ensuring adherence to product-related Company Standard Operating Procedures.Manage supplier related communications to facilitate collection of supplier declarations for the creation and of technical files to support product level declarations of conformity for RoHS and Low Voltage Directives.Review and assess Company's change controls with respect to product-related regulatory requirements.Prepare and submit reports to senior management, as required.Participate in industry and regulatory groups as needed in support of corporate objectives.

Manage global product certifications for fan and lighting products. Manage RoHS, REACH, WEEE, Packaging and other environmental regulations. Oversee compliance to EMC, EMF and Machinery Directives. Oversee accreditation of testing lab to Energy Star and Safety testing to Agency Partner Lab programs.

Lead for ISO 17025 external certification audits.Development of procedures and work instructions for certification tests and laboratory processes.Develop training matrix and maintain training records for all lab personnel.Develop calibration system for laboratory equipment.
