- provide full spectrum care for injured employees regarding workplace injuries and accidents- coordinate specialty referrals and conduct treatment collaboration with Orthopedists, General Surgeons, Neurologists, Physiatrists, Psychologists, Optometrist and others- manage rehabilitation program of injured workers with Physical Therapy, Occupational Therapy, Chiropractic treatment, Accupuncture and Osteopathic Manipulation among others- order and incorporate diagnostics into patient care plans including, but not limited to, Xrays, MRI's, CT's, EMG/NCS, labs, PFT's and Audiograms- provide urgent care and non life or limb threatening acute trauma care for injured employees for lacerations, burns, eye injuries, blood borne pathogen exposures, environmental and chemical exposures, fractures, dislocations, myofascial, and other muskuloskeletal injuries- write template treatment plans for a proprietary Provider Dictation system- provide onsite PFT evaluation, interpretation and recommendations. DOT exams, pre-employment exams, return to work exams, fit for duty evaluations.
