Aye HostAye Enterprises, Llc Jan 2000 - Dec 2013I co-founded AYE Enterprises, LLC, with Jerry Weinberg, Esther Derby, and Johanna Rothman. For 13 years, we produced and hosted the annual AYE Conference, Exploring Human Systems in Action. AYE was created specifically to fill a need in the agile community for long-format experiential sessions. The week-long experiential conference was designed to directly improve an individual’s ability to collaborate effectively. AYE was profitable year after year and grew to become a highly regarded, sell-out conference. Over the thirteen years, my responsibilities included: Finance/Legal, Project Chair, Program Development, Marketing and Logistics.We have since moved on to develop in-house and publicly delivered workshops on a variety of agile topics to target specific issues in small-group settings.
