•Utilized statistical analysis software to transform the firm's valuation framework into a proprietary valuation tool. This completely novel model applies 25 macroeconomic, industry, and company-specific factors to determine a company's valuation range at various confidence intervals. Created an Excel macro and ran over 150 regressions to test and refine the predictive ability of the tool. •Analyzed financial data, sourced and distilled industry research, wrote offering memoranda, created targeted buyer lists, contacted potential buyers, and participated in client meetings.•Co-wrote a white paper, “Volatility – The New Normal and Why Liquidity Planning is a Strategic Necessity.”•Developed a database of debt and equity sources interested in providing capital in the resort industry by contacting nearly 100 banks, debt funds, and alternative lenders.

•Responsible for accounting, HR, IT, operations, and guest service at a Boston Area Crowne Plaza hotel. During renovation, increased guest satisfaction by 48% from worst in brand to above brand average while decreasing payroll and increasing revenue.

•Continually increased responsibilities during $500 million revitalization project. Co-created and co-managed a nationally acclaimed private ski/golf/lifestyle club to drive real estate sales and began a turnaround of hotel property. •Wrote budget for new building and staff.
