Be the principal custodian of the company’s Brand image, Brand reputation, and Public perception.• Manage the Customer Services function of the company. Deploy robust CRM platforms, processes and technologies.• Manage the company’s Customer Contact Centre. Ensure that optimal contact centre indices (inbound calls management, call waiting times, percentage dropped calls, percentage complaint resolution on first call etc) are achieved. • Develop, propose, and manage the directorate’s budget and monitor the marketing spend.
