Commanded RAF FJ WSO training Jan 2002 - May 2004.- Leadership instructor (theory and practical) Apr 99 - Dec 01.- Strategic development of RAF flying training syllabuses. Qualified and practised in LEAN techniques, Strategic Benefits Realisation and Change Management principles.- Completed a study into the future training of pilots of Remotely Piloted Aircraft Sytems (RPAS). Set up a trial to explore the practical benefits of RPAS pilot training for the RAF.

Leader of development of Strategic Benefits Realisation and Change management development for the Tri-Service United Kingdom Military Flying Training System government-industry partnership. Responsible for the development of RAF strategic Unmanned Aircraft System training strategy.
