• Facilitated financial aspects of a merger with US Filter and incorporated their 3 stores with Culligan.
• Collaborated with Regional and Branch Managers to develop profit improvement initiatives, including recovery plans which enhanced the branches efficiency.
• Managed implementation of QAD/MFG Pro software at company owned sites; trained staff on the use of the new software in conjunction with everyday processes and business flows.
• Temporarily relocated to Northbrook, IL while working on a specialized team to help Culligan develop new software (BAAN) for their A/R system which incorporated with A/P.
