I am excited to announce that I have accepted a new position as Client Engagement Manager at Franklin Templeton. I have over 22 years of experience in the investment management industry.Prior to Franklin Templeton's acquisition of Putnam Investments, I served as Putnam's Director of RIA Sales, where I worked in collaboration with the Senior Strategic RIA Relationship Manager, the Director of Retail Strategy & Analytics, as well as the Sales Management and Sales Enablement Teams to develop and grow Putnam's business within the RIA channel. I was responsible for training and coaching Putnam's internal and external distribution teams on trends, opportunities, and best sales practices related to the RIA channel. Additionally, I helped identify opportunities and drive sales at select strategic and national RIA firms.I held various sales positions during my tenure at Putnam. Most recently, as Director of Sales Process, I worked with the Distribution, Marketing, Investment, and Digital Technology teams to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of Putnam Retail Management’s sales process. As a Senior Regional Consultant during the 11 years prior, I provided capital markets views, wealth and practice management resources, and detailed insight into Putnam's investment strategies to Registered Investment Advisors.
