As the founding CEO, Don lead the development of a national pharmacy network which successfully produced positive EBITDA and $18mm in revenues in the first year of operations. The Mirixa' team established a national network of 44,000 pharmacy affiliates, expanded its clinical solutions offerings, secured a broad array of clients, and secured private-equity partners enabling Mirixa to fund its future expansion.

We launch the first digital genomic test eCommerce company in 2001. myDNA was sold it to Revolution Health in July'05.

I lead the buy-out and relaunch of the leading patient referral network, which was later sold to HealthStar Holdings, LLC. in 2005.

PCN competed its IPO in 1991. We launched a pharma funded digital communications network connecting physicians with EMRs, Revenue Management Systems and electronic claims processing. PCN evolved into a leading PMS systems consolidator via ten acquisitions. We successfully launched the first eRx application and FDA approved physician advertising network.

Computer Depot was one of the first IBM and Apple authorized resellers, completed an IPO in 1984, and later merged into ComputerLand, were I work for the COSI division, managing the New York region.
