Department of Defense contract position overseeing shipboard environmental systems engineering for the Navy’s latest LHA amphibious assault aircraft carrier. Work was primarily conducted remotely via MS Teams and consisted of resolving field construction conflicts and ensuring that change orders from previous ship construction were incorporated into this latest aircraft carrier.

Project Manager position that forced me to evaluate the tools and develop better ones to ensure the team could keep pace with sudden influx of market share that we were experiencing. Focus consisted of engineering, logistics and management.• Designed a Robot configuration tool that allowed customers to order robots and removed the repetitive database work on the backend. • Main contact with primary customer interface• Manage Robot logistics – via ship, train and trucking from Japan• Determine engineering feasibility of “one-off” customer applications

Program Manager for KUKA’s Advanced Technology Group responsible for the development of a smart overhead linear magnetic conveyor system projected to generate $200 Million in revenue.• Overseeing the development team consisting of software and controlsengineers; designers, and skilled tradesmen.• Management of project budget as well as overall system cost• Cultivating relationships between key suppliers resulting in decreasedtimeline• Developing testing protocols to validate product and improve durability• Site visits to suppliers and potential suppliers to verify capabilities

An interesting position in a small company where I did an array of things including; supporting Fanuc robotics integration teams, designing EOAT, development of a new 40 camera robot vision system for the automotive manufacturing industry, and design/engineering of the flagship product. Engineering of products from concept development to customer installation.

A 100% travel position that involved supervising contractors, troubleshooting, bringing robotic paint systems online, and customer production support.

My own company that was used to create solutions for tomorrow's problems in my free time. Designed AHAB1 for NASA redirect mission bid to intercept, redirect, mine, and return materials to earth, from asteroids that threaten earth, this was based on my nanotech patent work. I have overseen and guided three Co-Op students, one MBA, two working on their master’s in mechanical engineering, through various projects.

Established the US presence for India-based web hosting, design, and software company. Worked with CEO to manage projects divided amongst five offices in India. This company is now helping US manufacturers expand and create jobs in the US.

Civil engineering assignment under US Corps of Engineers to lay out drilling locations to cast in place a 70 to 80ft deep impermeable barrier around Lake Okeechobee. Improved land marking process, lowering cost per mile. Gathered and prepared wall slurry crush testing samples to ensure compliance to government contract standards.

Sourced parts manufacturing for a new Fiat AC line bid. Assisted with acoustical testing. Researched battery cell sourcing contracts and future plans for all major car manufacturers. Designed a new battery cooling system using a heat-pipe as the thermal transport medium. Analyzed and documented brazed joints, report was used to develop a new brazing standard for Chrysler.

Activities included contract review, account auditing, and continued refinement of the facilities data base for Apollo Hospitals in India.

Created CNC machinist’s set up sheets considered best in class and implemented worldwide, allowing for less labor dependency in their manufacturing operations. Designed and constructed a machine to install o-rings in swivel arm pinch clamps eliminating a difficult, dangerous, and time consuming manual task.

Worked with biomedical engineers and medical equipment vendors to diagnose and coordinate equipment repair in the cancer treatment center of Apollo Hospital in Hyderabad. Recommended and designed a facilities and equipment database for Apollo Hospitals.

Diagnosed mechanical failures of warranty returns. Redesigned a clutch to reduce liner failure. Modified work flow in one production area to increase productivity by 196%.
