I’ve always had a belief that technology is only relevant when it assists in delivering business results. Focusing on how my customers buy and what they want to achieve is what gets me up and about in the morning; lately I have become passionate about how to use challenger sales and challenger customer models to reflect what I’ve always believed. In an information-rich, always-informed world it’s less about selling and more about working to assist people to buy. And to help them buy what will make them successful in their terms. Having spent more than 15 years advising around cloud technologies my belief has always been to move technology into the background and make it work for how individuals and organisations can best minimise risk, increase volumes, price at a premium or reduce costs. Cloud platforms simply make this easier. And lately refocusing on NetSuite and the power of that platform I'm convinced this is one of the best cloud technologies to benefit businesses productivity.
