With over 20 years of experience in management and networking, I am the Chief Executive Officer at Schneider Eye Physicians & Surgeons, a leading provider of comprehensive eye care services in western Tidewater. In this role, I oversee the strategic direction, financial performance, and operational excellence of the organization, while fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and excellence. I also leverage my extensive network of contacts and partners in the healthcare industry to identify and pursue new opportunities for growth, expansion, and improvement. Previously, I was the Deputy Chief Executive Officer of i-Mazing Solutions, a company that I co-founded and grew to offer cutting-edge technical solutions for the government sector. I am passionate about delivering the best possible care and experience for our patients, staff, and stakeholders, and I am always looking for new ways to enhance our services, quality, and efficiency.
