Mayfair Brands Ltd was established at the start of the current Gin boom in August 2010 and had grown steadily into over 16 international markets.In March 2020, on the cusp of Mayfair Brands' 10th anniversary, the owners requested a Management Consultancy Report to provide a frank, transparent and fully-independent view on the company's recent past and new strategies to move the company forward. The resulting report was complimentary towards the Executive Directors' work over many years whilst sharing new strategic opportunities, highlighting areas of production improvements and suggesting new strategies to move the company forward further and faster. The Director's accepted the report and requested that I lead the company through the suggested changes on a short-term basis.In late 2020, the role as Commercial Director was made permanent and I bought into the company to become the largest individual shareholder.Financial results for FY 2020/21 were the most successful in the company's history and FY2021/22 has already *double* so far.Mayfair Brands will soon branch out into new distribution channels (D2C, B2B), enter new international markets and launch into new spirit sectors.
