Documented track record of helping individuals prepare for, secure, and succeed at gainful employment. Doing so required these individuals overcome the various challenges each of them faced.

Multiple consumers of diverse cultures, ethnicities, and developmental capabilities were able to secure gainful employment for the first time as a result of the effective employment readiness training I provided them as the Outreach Coordinator. Doing so, involved the use of superior interpersonal skills heightened by the ability to communicate clearly, empathetically, and convincingly to individuals or groups of various sizes. Access to potential employers for consumers was provided through the multifaceted networking activities I did to establish and build relationships with owners or managers of the different types of businesses consistent with the aspirations of the consumers.

Helped adult consumers who have cerebral palsy develop job readiness skills, identified employment opportunities for them, and provided guidance in becoming employed. This involved training the adults as well as networking in the business community at various events to develop relationships with potential employers. Also involved public speaking to community, business, and social groups one of which resulted in a sizable donation to LADACIN Network.

Was named "Employee of the Quarter" in June of 2015 in recognition of achievements relative to helping parolees secure employment. This was done by providing employment readiness training at a day reporting center for parolees who were required to attend in accordance with New Jersey Department of Correction mandates.

Counseled a group of of adults with developmental disabilities at a sheltered workshop in matters relative to the development of effective working relationships with co-workers and supervisors. Also, helped these consumers learn life skills which heightened their abilities to live independently.
