Manage all aspects of three production facilities consisting of a quality assurance manager, an engineering manager, three production supervisors and forty hourly employees. Other duties include overseeing purchasing and scheduling.

Managed three salary positions and twenty hourly employees including two install crews and two template crews. Responsible for all areas of natural and engineered stone countertop fabrication from template to install including purchasing and profit and loss responsibility.

Managed two shift leaders and supervised thirty-four hourly employees. Responsible for the daily operations of a three shift cutting department consisting of three Bobst die cutting presses, a pre-press department, and a die department. Other areas of responsibility include plant wide maintenance, department scheduling, product quality, plant wide waste management, and EPA compliance.

Manufacturing Implementation Committee team leader. Implemented and controlled new products and processes. Maintained kanban system consisting of over 1000 purchased and manufactured parts. Resolved corrective action reports to assure compliance with current quality standards. Responsible for writing and maintaining standard operating procedures for ISO certification.

Managed eight subordinate supervisors that supervised eighty hourly employees. Managed quality control department. Directed employees engaged in inspection and testing activities that insured product quality. Qualified outside suppliers for various services including wire harness assembly, powder painting, metal fabrication, and final assembly.
