Working with estimating group in charge of large project with the Department of Defense.

Working as a consultant through Donald Miller Architecture on a Large Hotel Renovation in the Lake Buena Vista Area designing large architectural elements to be installed on the buildings facade.

Project Manager / Owner Representative – Architecture (East and Caribbean Regions) Managed all aspects of project design and brand implementation from hiring architects to assuring brand standard implementation and internal client satisfaction. Coordinated with no less than (4) design professionals for a multitude of ongoing projects. Responsible for leading the first Green Task Force in Starwood history which implemented Green initiatives that saved the company money while making the spaces healthier to live in.

In charge of construction documentation production with (5) subordinates, two of which were outside design consultants on several different multimillion dollar projects at once. Responsible for ensuring client satisfaction through accurate drawings, creative solutions and excellent customer service. Provided construction administration services for a majority of the projects including pay application approvals, punch list documentation up to substantial completion certification and C.O.
