I screen, hire, and train sales representatives to sell pest control services door-to-door. I currently manage 18 separate teams that will sell in several different markets across the United States. I develop relationships with my employees to maximize our networks in order to find and acquire new talent. As the sales season comes closer, I turn my attention to personal development training and sales training. In our region, we fine tune our sales strategy before the summer campaign to maximize results. We currently have 500+ representatives working for our region; our goal is to reach 800. We also want to directly sell $40 million in contractual revenue. Last year, we produced $15 million in new revenue.
