Designed, created and delivered a Microsoft Excel / VBA process used by client to assess the validity of over 250k individual General Ledger (G/L) entries by joining together 17 months of G/L postings, Material Ledger (ML), Activity Cost & Work-in-Process (WIP) entries required to validate historical month-end balances in the Inventory Variance G/L account. Delivered an MS Excel reporting tool with component level detail to be used by Client as justification for a one-time G/L adjustment entry. Worked with Client IT and Accounting staff to develop / create 3 new SAP BW queries & to discover SAP data tables needed to create month end WIP report. Delivered a monthly process & reporting tool providing the client with detailed Material Ledger (ML) & (WIP) metrics for month-end and 24 months trend reports. The 1 hr. month-end process, automatically collected refreshed data from stored BI queries, merging it with month-end SAP WIP data used for month-end M/L & WIP reporting metrics. Process included automated data cleansing, data storage & archiving.

Worked with the Business, Finance and IT teams to improve / streamline corporate reporting and analysis. Major accomplishments included:- Project and Technical Design team lead for the COM reporting project which successfully combined and assigned all manufacturing costs, including price, usage, revaluation and intermediate material variances to finished goods in our BW/BI system.- Designed and built a daily Sales / Gross Profit report which tracked N & H's current month's progress against the current outlook and recent trends. The report tracked progress by Business/Region, Top 10 Customers and included a month end projection module.- Designed and built an automated Month End Closing process which assigned/allocated sales and cost by Business Unit to create the corporate P&L. Data/reports were used by DuPont Accounting, N&H Finance and P&L metrics uploaded into N&H's BI system.
