I was very good at what I did and saw myself doing that for a very long time.•Directly responsible for the day-to-day operations of 24 retail branches and two sub-prime branches in three states, 17 which were Net Branch Operations. •Opened the Diamond Bar, CA branch for CTX Mortgage. In the first full year of operation, funded in excess of $86,000,000 dollars and had the second highest profitability per loan of over 50 branches. Opened a second branch in Covina, CA, which was a satellite of the Diamond Bar branch. Recruited and trained both staff and Loan Officers. Had 20 Loan Officers and a support staff of 10 employees.

• Responsible for the recruitment and training of support staff as well as Loan Officers. Took over a branch in Diamond Bar, CA (which had three managers in a period of 12 months) and transformed the branch from being the worst in the company to one the top five. By the following year, the Diamond Bar branch was the second most profitable branch in the company. In addition to managing, also originated and closed in excess of $12 million dollars/year of personal production. The last year at AccuBanc, I had assumed the additional responsibility of managing the Riverside as well as the Escondido branches with a combined monthly production exceeding $16 million per month.
