I creatively and enthusiastically solve Nestlé’s toughest problems by helping others scale their leadership. I am a proud University of Oregon Biology/Chemistry Alumnus and Indiana University Kelley School of Business MBA. I am currently employed by Nestlé USA within their Beverage Division focusing on creating strategy to execute on consumer obsession and implementing advanced food safety systems. Additionally, I coach teams to manage projects in capital expenditure and ensuring adherence to quality assurance standards during times of business transition. These projects focus on optimization of planned operational activities, development of standards around predictive quality and factory operations.My career goals include pursuing a never ending learning journey in understanding how day to day activities at all levels affect the larger business. With this knowledge, I hope to be able to deliver business changing results while maintaining my enthusiasm for people engagement and development. My short term goal is to leverage my experience as a pragmatic Factory Quality Manager and executive class room education to be prepare for roles responsible for setting enterprise level strategy within Quality or Operations.
