In 1996 internet4associations® (I4A™) was organized. We recognized the importance of the emerging internet and the significance it had for associations. At that time it cost tens of thousands of dollars to create a simple static "brochure" site. This required a dedicated telephone line, Unix computers and costly custom programming. The internet was dominated by dial-up modems and a company called America On-Line®. We recognized that there had to be a better way.I4A-MEMBERSHIP™ is content and database management combined with the two components integrated. It includes a user interface for iPhones, Android phones and iPads; no need for a separate "app". The database management includes: applications, renewals, meeting registrations, membership profile editing, miscellaneous forms and member directories. It supports GROUPS for content, registrations, discussion forums, calendar entries and the like. It also includes an image gallery, resource library, calendar and certifications management.

DW Rome developed a specialty in accounting, advisory and tax work for associations. Over the years the company not only served as a tax advisor and preparer, but also organized and created several organizations, including; preparing articles of incorporation, bylaws, and filing for exempt status.
