Served as the Officer in Charge for a joint military/civilian/contractor team responsible for tactical intelligence operations worldwide. Created and implemented a rigorous assessment and selection process that encompassed the warrior ethos, tactical and technical expertise, communications, and advanced intelligence gathering. Spent more than 23 months deployed overseas in support of Operation Enduring Freedom. Planned, coordinated, and executed multiple high level combat operations focusing on gathering information related to enemy composition, disposition, and strength that directly fed national level decision makers regarding the operational picture in multiple Areas of Responsibility. Responsible for the development, construction, deployment, and sustainment of more than 90 remote collection systems valued in excess of $60 million in support of the Global War on Terror.

Served as a Platoon Sergeant for a tactical intelligence company. Expertly managed a 13 Soldier platoon and assisted in administrative functions. Planned, coordinated, and executed a train-up for a combat deployment to Afghanistan. Ensured, through vast operational experience that first time deploying Soldiers were tactically and technically prepared to conduct advance intelligence operations throughout the theatre. Maintained accountability and operational readiness of more than $2 million worth of highly sensitive systems critical to tactical and strategic level security.

1St Special Forces Group (Airborne), Fort Lewis, Wa

Performed Team Sergeant duties on a Special Operations Team-Alpha in support of Special Forces missions during unconventional and special warfare missions; deploys on no notice to operate in denied or hostile areas; trains, assists and advises foreign military personnel in intelligence and security operations. Responsible for more than $2 million in highly sensitive intelligence and communications equipment. Collected, processed, and disseminated highly classified intelligence products.
