Provided sales support, education, training and customer support for architects, engineers, builders and homeowners throughout the state of Colorado in the design, specification and implementation of this innovative building technology.

Developed market plan and led all phases of market expansion into 9 state Midwest region. Replicated sales philosophy and knowledge base in supply channel partners. Corporately, developed and managed creation of continuing education program for design professionals, mentored colleagues in presentation skills, developed and edited marketing materials for publication. Managed new product launch with Canadian joint venture partner to existing customer base in Midwest. Developed telephone support capabilities of customer support team by providing software and product knowledge training. Used technical expertise and prior experience as software instructor to co-lead the company’s first engineering software development project.

Managed $100 million dollar engineered product category and vendor relationships for over 120 Wickes locations. Directed engineered product growth from $31.8M to $38.1M, contributing to Wickes success as Home Center News Company of the year in 1999.

Developed sales and marketing plan for 5 state region for wholesale forest products company. Developed sales and engineering training curriculum for customer’s sales and engineering team. Mentored outside sales team associates during joint sales calls.

Launched Seigle’s Engineered Products Division, providing value added sales and engineered wood framing solutions to custom and production home builders and production framing contractors. Managed internal distribution of Engineered Wood Products to 6 Seigle’s locations, increasing sales 71%. Developed and delivered sales and engineering training to 34 sales staff at 6 Chicago locations.
