In my role as Marketing Executive I am responsible for Ingenuity’s marketing activity as well as the marketing and recruitment of businesses onto programmes being delivered by Ingenuity. (Temporary Position) During my time here I worked both with Steria as a Document Checker and the overseas team as a PO1, contributing to both teams meeting deadlines in a busy environment. I carried out day to day administration duties such as typing, emailing, filing, photocopying, sorting post as well as delivering etc. As a result of a particularly busy summer season I often had to adapt to different departments when help was needed and had a steep learning curve. I Was able to organise my own work and meet day-to-day demands efficiently.

I covered holiday leave during the summer in 2009 and 2010. During my time here I dealt with customer enquiries both over the phone and face to face and updated and maintained databases. I was the first point of contact for customers entering the showroom which allowed me to improve my communication skills and professionalism.
