As service owner for TLT enterprise-level technologies, worked closely with application and infrastructure services in all phases of reviewing, testing, piloting, and upgrading enterprise level applications and services (included Blackboard Learn, Kaltura, Echo360, Camtasia, Adobe Connect, WebEx, Qualtrics, etc.); oversaw change management, including development of communications strategy and user support. Collaborated with academic and administrative leadership, vendors and other central IT units to investigate, plan and lead university-level TLT projects on emerging technologies.As co-Chair of IMPACT (Instruction Matters: Purdue Academic Course Transformation), a centrally-supported faculty course transformation program (http://www.purdue.edu/impact), provide leadership to assist faculty in learner-centered redesigns of large-enrollment and core curriculum courses. Leadership and active participation in inter- and intra-institutional projects and initiatives for ITaP and Purdue (e.g., Big Ten Academic Alliance).
