With over 50 consultants from TW Spain onboarded, we were able to deliver the solution that will make the client significant additional revenue. Started and led an engagement from the initial inception to four teams with 25 consultants. The teams deliver product features across all aspects of the platform in an agile fashion in both dedicated and co-sourced teams. I also played Product Manager roles on several teams. Product Manager | N26Led several projects that enabled a rapidly scaling challenger bank to enter major new markets. Dealt with complex integrations of payment schemes and took on a variety of project management and product roles in areas such as customer support and microservice migration.

A powerful way to train and engage teams, Atrivity is the cutting edge of corporate gamification. As Product Manager I implemented agile process reforms and consolidated the backlog. I focused on prototyping and engaging with stakeholders on development priorities. Working closely with the development team we rebuilt the app from scratch.

Civiciti is a spin-off created by Scytl and Telefonica aiming to transform the relationship between cities and their citizens through Saas technology and social media methods. My role was to bring the platform to market across all platforms. It was a role that suited my talents and experience as the link between the business and the technology sides of the company. I worked closely with the development team, defining User Stories that distilled business needs into achievable goals and dealing with the doubts and bugs that arose. I also played a more strategic role, analysing market trends and developing the product roadmap.

Scytl sells complex product to complex customers. As a Pre-Sales consultant my role was to engage closely with our in-country sales team to understand the clients needs and show how Scytl's technology could be used to modernise electoral processes. It was a role that demanded an understanding of political processes and how technology could be used to improve access and efficiency while preserving trust.Later on I was also asked to work closely with other departments in order to bring clarity to Scytl's product and pricing strategy. This work meant that when Scytl created a spinoff called OpenSeneca in early 2016 I was asked to join as the Product Manager

Selling prestigious, premium Global Executive MBA to senior executives in complex markets in Central Asia and Eastern Europe. Developing overall marketing strategy and new initiatives involving content marketing. Lead role in development of new CRM. Reformed accounts receivable process resulting in dramatic increase in cash flow.

Played central role in Jan 2013 launch of new web presence. Responsible for delivering over 900 pages of content, matching client demands with technical functionality. Contributed to overall site navigation and design. Drafted key texts. Managed development and introduction of image database. In charge of design and development of interactive applications. Web Editor since launch: designing processes, maintaining standards, ensuring key messages delivered, resolving ongoing issues and examining analytics for intelligence.

Led development of sales strategies to bring innovative environmental product to market. Contributed across the entire business; on product design, marketing, PR and technical development.

Worked with multinationals (e.g. HP) and leading national companies and governmental entities to create and executive successful communications strategies. Developed relations with media based on understanding of needs. Wrote dozens of press releases packaging client messages in engaging and clear style.Here are some of the highlights from my time at Drury- Client: HP. As part of campaign to promote HP in the education sector, organised technology journalist in highest circulation newspaper to visit large HP education project in Northern Ireland resulting in extensive coverage, achieving goal of exposing the project to the target market. - Client: Greenstar. The largest waste management firm in Ireland, Greenstar produced policy reports to influence developing market regulations. Managed production of reports and engaged with relevant journalists to translate technical concepts for broad mass media coverage. - Client: Nursing Home Repayment Scheme. An administrative error dating back decades meant that elderly people were significantly overcharged for stays in Nursing Homes. Implemented a national advertising and PR campaign on this complex and emotive issue.

At the IEA I monitored developments and organised relevant events several policy areas. I produced a series of updates and rapporteur’s reports as well as working on publications and public relations for the Institute. In addition, I attended over 100 events covering an immense range of national, EU and global issues, giving me a deep insight into the functioning of the Irish and European political systems.

At DCU I worked on several research projects involving complex statistical analyses, mostly in the area of post-conflict power-sharing peace settlements in ethnically divided societies. I created new research methodology using Java programming to reduce human error. I also designed and delivered lectures and created online resources. I also tutored a group of first year BA students in Research Methods in International Relations.

While in Kosovo I designed and taught computer classes to Serb and Roma youth mainly in the Gracanica enclave near the capital Pristina but also in other sites throughout Kosovo. This experience, combined with extensive travel in the region has allowed me to see first-hand how the world of international politics impacts on people’s lives.
