I joined this company as project manager. Here the main projects I have been responsible for: • At INAIL DCOD, responsible for the Enterprise Information Management activities, specifically: participated to the organization of the Enterprise Information Management Team in terms of goals, roles, responsibility, skills and processes; defined and documented the generation, certification and publishing process of Open Data; defined and documented the bottom-up data modeling process; coordinated the data modeling team who was in charge of build the full data model of the business areas through the reverse engineering of the physical databases using the IBM InfoSphere tools.• Responsible for the realization of a web-based enterprise application and its launch in use. The web application is aimed to manage clients, contracts, projects, costs and revenues and reporting for the management control. • Managed the full scope of the contract for FAPI including: project for the realization of a web based application related to financial plans for continuing education; help desk and maintenance services • Responsible for an assessment and a feasibility study aimed at taking over the management of certain application systems and related services at MiBAC (Ministero per i Beni e le attività Culturali).• Successfully managed the full scope of the project for the realization of an integrated delivery system based on SAP aimed at business customer of the Italian Post Office Group taking care of the relationships with Postecom (main contractor), SAP Italy for quality assurance and external suppliers• Partecipated to the preparation of technical specifications in answer to public tenders

• Acting as Project Management Consultant, I was in charge of the organization of the Project Management Office for Comifar SPA (Rome,Teramo and Milano). The main activities were: organizational assessment, definition and formalization of a methodology of corporate Change and Project Management based on PMI model and adapted to the needs of the customer; definition of the templates and tools; training and support to CIO, Project Manager and Key Account. • For Dnsee Ltd. I was responsible for the design of new Service Support processes according to ITIL v3.

From 2003 to 2007 directed the full scope of key projects:• responsible for the implementation and rollout of a customized ERP solution for Würth-Netherlands (near Amsterdam) that involved Purchasing, Sales and Logistics departments; ensured success of complex implementation by effectively driving team efforts and maintaining open communication.• responsible for the implementation of a custom-made ERP solution for the purchasing department of Würth-Portugal (Sintra)• completed a feasibility study for Würth-Hungary (Budapest) to deliver a clear picture of costs and configuration related to ERP system innovation.From 2002 to 2003 acted as analyst and software developer: • Evaluated functional requirements to create models using UML and Select, write Java code and conduct testing.• Implemented data load procedures.• Enabled trading company clients to optimize delivery processes by designing an ERP sub-module entitled “Third Party Delivery”.
