My current responsibilities as a luxury travel planner for The Italian Concierge include:• Design luxury custom vacation packages to Italy, from creation to the pricing stage;• Complete all vendor bookings, as well as ticket purchases; • Follow up with clients needs through completion of trip and until their return home;• Ensure that all trip information provided to vendors is up to date and accurate;• Resolve issues should they arise during clients' trip in Italy;• Resolving issues should they arise between IC and Italian vendors, or IC and clients;• Create itineraries using AXUS softwear to provide clients with day by day itinerary and travel documents; • Respond to inquiries with goal of obtaining contracts for travel planning;• Follow up with clients on return for evaluation of our services.
